Niaira is a licensed clinical social worker, organizational-development practitioner, facilitator and speaker. Her professional experience spans social services, workplace learning, leadership development, organizational development, facilitation and mental health. That combination shapes AnnStrategy’s approach. People challenges are rarely only about people. Systems challenges are rarely only about process.
